The biscotti were really easy (and sooo tasty) so you really should make them...WeightWatchers work with basically everything's got a certain point and you get to eat for a certain point per day. I eat for 21 (which is alot, but doesn't feel like it)... and almost all vegetables and fruit are zero points so you can stock up on that ;)For instance one chicken breast is 2 points, and one teaspoon of oil to fry it in is 1 point so just frying one chicken breast in 1 teaspoon of oil and eating nothing else will cost you 3 points, but if you add potato that's 2 more points... sauce depends on what you make it on etc etcIt's hell keeping it all in your head, but I bet counting calories aint that easy either...
